Soft sponge soaked in milk, topped with cream, pistachios and gold leaf. All the comfort of ras malai in a cake made for a full table.

Serves 10 to 14, scooped out dessert style rather than cut into slices.

Serving dish: it comes in a disposable tin foil tray. You can upgrade to a glass or ceramic dish that goes straight onto your table and is yours to keep. The dish can be glass or ceramic, round or square, depending on what we have at the time.
