How many people does a whole cheesecake serve?
Our 5 inch cheesecake serves 4 to 6, and our 7 inch cheesecake serves 8 to 10. Bigger sizes and tiered cakes are listed on each product page.

How long do the cheesecakes keep?
Our cheesecakes contain no preservatives and are best enjoyed within 3 days.

How should I store my cheesecake?
Please refrigerate it within 1 hour of collection or delivery, and take it out of the fridge 1 hour before serving. Please do not freeze it.

Where can I find allergen information?

Do you have eggless, gluten free or keto options?
Our cheesecakes contain eggs, dairy and flour. Eggless, gluten free and keto options are available at an additional cost. The Gulab Jamun Cheesecake is available eggless only.

Are the flowers on the cakes edible?
No, the flowers are for decoration only and are not edible.

Can you write a message on the cake?
We do not write on our cheesecakes, but you can add a cake topper or a note on a gift tag.

Are your cakes halal?
All the ingredients we use are halal, and we do not use pork, lard, gelatine or alcohol unless stated. Amrita's Artisan Bakeology is not halal certified.

How far in advance should I order?
Because every cake is handmade, we bake a limited number each day. Orders placed before 12 noon are available for pickup or delivery the next day. For last minute orders, please WhatsApp us on 9061 0064. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.

How can I change my order?
WhatsApp us on 9061 0064. Changes can only be made at least 3 days before your delivery or pickup date.

Can I cancel my order after paying?
As stated in our terms and conditions, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations or changes to dates and items once payment has been completed.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver islandwide within Singapore, with no location restrictions.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is $20 islandwide within Singapore.

Can I choose a delivery time?
Deliveries are between 10am and 6pm from Monday to Friday, and between 10am and 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays. For a specific delivery time, WhatsApp us on 9061 0064. There is a $5 surcharge for a specific time.

Can I switch from delivery to pickup?
Please WhatsApp us on 9061 0064 at least one day before. We cannot guarantee the change, and pickup is by appointment only. Delivery fees already paid cannot be refunded.

Can I switch from pickup to delivery?
Please WhatsApp us on 9061 0064 at least one day before. This depends on delivery slot availability.

What if I am not home for my delivery?
Orders that cannot be handed over on the selected date will be forfeited. Redelivery to a different address is chargeable.

What if I miss my pickup?
Orders not collected on the selected date will be forfeited, and we are unable to offer pickup on another date.

Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is by appointment only from Joo Seng Road.

What are the pickup times?
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 6pm to 7.30pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 1pm to 7.30pm
Saturday: 10am to 1pm
Sunday: no pickups
