Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. We do not offer refunds. We will postpone all orders as credit from cancellation. Simply inform us on the next tentative date of celebration and we will arrange accordingly.

  • For orders 3 days or less before delivery date - there is a 50% cancellation charge and 50% credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
