Burfi Cake

All the flavours of a classic burfi, in a cake. A soft, pillowy butter cake made with milk powder and spiced with cardamom and nutmeg. While it's still warm, we soak it in a milk syrup made with full cream milk and condensed milk, then finish it with a smooth milk powder frosting with a little more cardamom.

Rich, milky and gently spiced. Our tea time treat, made for a cup of chai.
