Brandy infused almond sugee cake
Whenever we picture a perfect Christmas, one thing always remains a constant in every Christmas atmosphere – the food! Sugee cake is synonymous with Christmas in my household. The sugee cake is an indulgent butter cake made by soaking the semolina with butter overnight; almonds and St Remy VSOP Brandy are added to the mix to make it decadent.
