I absolutely love it when vegan cakes tick all the boxes! Usually, it’s my tsister, niece, kids or me who take on the baking duties for our events—everyone knows how much hard work goes into it. However, this time, I decided to treat myself and ordered from Amrita Artisan Bakeology after hearing wonderful reviews!
If you've ever attempted to bake vegan cakes, you know they can sometimes turn out dense. The secret lies in striking that perfect balance! What amazed me was that I didn’t even have to request a specific sweetness level. It was just right, as if she knew my preferences intuitively!
Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. I’m quite selective about what I order since we enjoy baking too, but my kids were asking the very next day if there was any cake left! I highly recommend this vegan cake and can see myself trying others when I'm in the mood for a treat without the hassle of baking. Remember, baking is hard work, and you’re definitely investing in some of the best in Singapore!
