As a bonus it looked great too
The mini brownies were simply delicious. The texture was just right. Some of my colleagues found it a bit sweet. Just wondering if dark chocolates would be better to give a bitter sweet taste. Overall it was excellent. Hats off to you Amrita!
Thanks so much Malar! Glad the brownies were well received. I used 54.5% dark chocolate for my brownies as I got feedback that the 70% dark chocolates were too bitter for some Do let me know if you’d like darker chocolate brownies next time and I’ll bake it for you x
