How many slices can a whole cheesecake serve?
Our 5 inch cheesecake can be sliced up to 6 slices.
Our 7 inch cheesecake can be sliced up to 12 slices.


What is the shelf life of our cheesecakes?
All our cheesecakes do not contain preservatives and are best consumed within 3 days from the date of purchase.


How can I best store or keep the cheesecakes?
All cheesecakes are recommended to be kept refrigerated within 1 hour after collection. Please DO NOT keep it in the freezer.


Where can I find allergen information of cheesecakes?
Allergen information is provided under individual product pages within the website. Do whatsapp (9061 0064) or email (amritabakes@gmail.com) us should you require more information.


Are the cheesecakes vegetarian/eggless/vegan/gluten free/ keto friendly?
The cheesecakes contain eggs, dairy and flour.
Gluten free and keto friendly options are available at an additional cost.


Are the flowers on the cheesecake edible?
The flowers are not edible. 


Can I add wordings on the cheesecake?
We do not write on the cheesecakes. However, you can opt to add a cake topper or add a note on a gift tag.


Are the cheesecakes Halal?
All ingredients used are halal. We do not use pork / lard / gelatine / alcohol in our bakes unless stated otherwise. Amrita’s Artisan Bakeology is not halal certified.

How many days in advance must I place my order?
Due to the artisanal nature of our business, limited number of cheesecakes are available daily. Orders placed before 12pm are available for pickup/delivery the next day. For last minute orders, please Whatsapp 90610064.
Please place your order soonest to avoid disappointment.


How can I amend my online order?
You may WhatsApp us at 9061 0064 to make amendments to your order. Only amendments made 3 days in advance of delivery or pick up of order will be accepted.


Can I cancel my order after I have made payment?
As stated in our terms and conditions, no refunds, exchange, cancellations or amendments to dates and items is applicable once payment is processed and completed online.


Do you provide delivery services?
Yes. Islandwide delivery is $10 and $13 on public holidays.


What are the delivery charges?
Delivery services are chargeable at $10 islandwide and $13 on public holidays. Enjoy free delivery for orders above $200.


Are there any restrictions to locations?
There are no restrictions to locations at the moment. We are able to provide delivery services island-wide within Singapore.


Can I opt for a specific delivery timing?
Our deliveries are between 11a.m.-4 p.m. daily. If you need a specific delivery time, please contact us via whatsapp at 90610064. There will be a $5 surcharge for specific delivery times.


Can I cancel the delivery of my order and choose to pick up instead?
Do WhatsApp us at 9061 0064 at least one day in advance for this request. A change cannot be guaranteed and pick-up slots are by appointment only. Paid shipping fees cannot be refunded when you switch from delivery to pick up.

Can I cancel the pick up of my order and choose to have it delivered instead?
Do WhatsApp 9061 0064 at least 1 day in advance for this request. Please note it is subject to availability of delivery slots. 


What happens when I am not around during the delivery of my order?
Orders not picked up from delivery personnel on selected date will be forfeited. Request for the re-delivery of order to a different pickup location is chargeable.


What happens when my online order is not picked up?
Orders not picked up on selected date will be forfeited. Request for pick up of order on a different date is not available.


Where is the pickup location?
Pick up is by appointment only from Joo Seng Road. 


What are the available pick up timings?
Monday- Friday: 10.30 a.m. - 12 p.m. / 4.30 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday- Sunday: 10.30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Pickup timings are by appointment only.
