AMRITA'S STORY

Each slice of cake tells a story, inviting the senses to experience a symphony of flavours and textures. The moment a piece is enjoyed, the rich aroma of freshly baked goods envelops the air, while the sweetness tantalises the palate, evoking memories of cherished family gatherings in my grandmother’s kitchen.

The journey into the world of baking began at the age of 14, inspired by my mother’s lovingly crafted creations for our family. It soon became clear that baking is not merely about ingredients; it is an expression of love and joy. As I took over the kitchen, countless hours were spent exploring recipes, delving into cookbooks and online resources, driven by an insatiable curiosity to create.

As time went on, this passion blossomed, leading to the pursuit of formal baking courses at renowned institutions such as Cordon Bleu Paris and the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, as well as training under the esteemed cake designer, Julian Angel. It became evident that much of the time outside of my role as a school teacher was devoted to baking, fuelled by a deep love for this art.

Now, every creation is infused with dedication and a commitment to quality, aimed at sharing warmth and joy in every bite. These cakes are crafted with the finest ingredients, inviting all to savour a taste of love in each slice.
